王克举简介

王克举：男，汉族，1956年8月生于青岛。1981年作品《汛》获“第二届全国青年美展”三等奖（北京）；1984年作品《大海潮》获“第六届全国美展”优秀奖 （北京）；2006年1月应邀参加《当代视像：为收藏家举办的展览——首届中国当代艺术年鉴展 暨中鸿信当代艺术品拍卖会。



Wang Keju (b.1956) was born in Qindao, Shandong. He is a member of the Artists Association of Chinese People’s University, and a professor in Xu Beihong College. He graduated from Shandong Academy of Fine Arts in 1983 and joined the Class of Assistant Professor Study in CAFA in 1989. He then entered the Elite Oil Painting Class - Graduate School of CAFA in 2002. Solo exhibition: 2004, Shanghai Art Museum. Exhibitions and awards: 1986, the 6th National Art Exhibition, prize of excellence; 1991, China Modern Art Exhibition, US; 1995, China Annual Oil Painting Exhibition; 1999, the 9th National Art Exhibition, prize of excellence; 2003, the 3rd China Fine Works Exhibition; 2004, the 10th National Art Exhibition; 2005, the 2nd Landscaping Exhibition, Beijing International Biennale; Above and Below the Giant River - 1976-2005 New Period China Oil Painting Retrospective; 2006, the 1st China Fine Art Almanac Exhibition.
